1st Purley Scout Hut, 53-55 Purley Park Rd, Purley, CR8 2BW [map].
If driving then use the first available parking space in Purley Park Road as this is the ‘street of a thousand dropped kerbs’.
In terms of public transport, buses 60, 166, 407 and 466 serve the nearby Brighton Road / Purley Downs Road stop. Purley and Purley Oaks railway stations are around 20 minutes walk away; Sanderstead station is 25 minutes walk.
